Redesign of the Dashboard with new features, improving the flow of registering a task, adding a check in/out flow, and vacation request flow.
In order to improve the dashboard usability, specific flows were defined and placed in the main page (home) to easy access, so users could make specific actions without making extra clics, like in the old version.
The old dashboard used to be confusing for users. It was challenging to raise a Vacation permission, or registering a new client into the system, even the interface was not helpful because of it’s lack of design. This new version, tries to simplify the tasks with a friendly interface, relevant information and a clean design.
As a single tool to report the weekly process of each employee, Control needed to be more efficient, and covering more opportunity areas between information and final user. We decided to go further and design a new all-in-one tool.
To keep a friendly interface, a Design System was created to handle consistency through every screen, and create a solid visual identity
